Immigrate to Canada
as an Entrepreneur
Entrepreneur Immigration includes traditional Provincial Investment Immigration and Owner-Operator LMIA (Labor Market Impact Assessment)-based work permit.
The B.C. PNP Entrepreneur Immigration Program enables entrepreneurs to receive provincial nominations through investing and managing businesses in B.C., followed by the obtainment of Canadian permanent residency. The Owner-Operator LMIA-based Work Permit requires employers to first apply for Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) for obtaining work permits, which, in return, grant eligibility for applying for permanent residency through federal or provincial nomination.
