Application Requirements
Business Management Visa

Establish a company in Japan with capital exceeding 5 million yen (approx. 250,000 RMB).

Secure stable business premises and maintain legal, continuous operations.
Advanced Professional Business Management Visa

Applicants must possess certain business management skills.

Establish a company in Japan with capital exceeding 5 million yen (approx. 250,000 RMB).

Maintain stable business premises and ensure legal, continuous operations.

Score 70 points or above in the Highly Skilled Professional assessment.
Special Notes: No age limit, no strict education requirements, no employer sponsorship required, and eligible for a one-time 5-year long-term residence visa.
Special Advanced Professional Business Management Visa

For those engaged in academic research or specialized technical fields: Master’s degree or above required, with annual income exceeding 20 million yen, or 10+ years work experience with annual income exceeding 20 million yen.

For business management category: 5+ years work experience required with annual income exceeding 40 million yen (approx. 2 million RMB).
Special Notes: Applicants can directly apply for a 5-year validity Highly Skilled Professional Business Management Visa without going through the points system, and may apply for Japanese permanent residency after 1 year.
Japan J-Find Future Creator Talent Visa

Applicants must be graduates (including Master’s and PhD) from world top 100 universities.

The degree must have been obtained within the last 5 years.

Need to prepare at least 200,000 yen (approx. 10,000 RMB) as living expenses after coming to Japan.
Special Notes: Directly eligible for 2-year long-term residence visa. Eligible schools include Peking University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, University of Science and Technology of China, Zhejiang University, Nanjing University, City University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, University of Hong Kong. Application Process:
Transfer registered capital of 5 million yen to your company in Japan.
Complete company establishment in Japan and finalize real estate or business project investment.
Prepare personal and company documents
Submit documents to Japan Immigration Bureau.
Obtain 5-year long-term visa as Highly Skilled Professional
Upon arrival in Japan, collect temporary residence card at Japanese customs.
Maintain normal company operations and prepare personal/company documents
Submit permanent residency application.
